We use Amazon SES exclusively for transactional emails triggered by user actions. We strictly do NOT send bulk emails, marketing newsletters, or unsolicited promotional content.

1. Registration Flow

Emails sent during user registration (OTP verification). OTP requests are protected by a retry mechanism with a 1-minute cooldown to prevent abuse and excessive email sending.

2. Forgot Password Flow

Emails sent during password reset requests. OTP requests are protected by a retry mechanism with a 1-minute cooldown to prevent abuse and excessive email sending.

Recipient Management

Emails are sent only to users who initiate an action within the Oxygena Wellness app, such as account registration or password reset.

• Email recipients are users who submit their email address during the registration or password recovery process.
• Emails are strictly transactional and sent in response to user-requested actions (e.g. verification or reset password).
• We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or use third-party email lists.
• Email addresses are collected directly from users through secure in-app forms.

Bounce, Complaint & Abuse Handling

Oxygena Wellness maintains email quality by monitoring delivery issues and responding to user-reported problems.

• Complaints: Users may report unwanted or problematic emails through our customer support channels. Reported addresses are reviewed and handled appropriately to prevent further issues.
• Abuse Prevention: Emails are strictly transactional and sent only in response to user-initiated actions, reducing the risk of spam or abuse.
• Support: Users can contact our customer support team directly to report delivery issues, request assistance, or raise abuse concerns.

Unsubscribe Policy

Since our emails are strictly transactional and essential for the functionality of the service (e.g., password resets, payment receipts), an unsubscribe link is not provided in individual emails, in compliance with standard practices for transactional messaging.

Users who wish to stop receiving all communications must delete their account or contact support, as these emails are required for the secure operation of their account.
